The programme “Korea University International Winter Campus with Overseas Internship” was an exceptionally fruitful experience to me. In this 3-week-program, our schedule was to study in the morning and take internship in the afternoon first, and we explored Korea for the rest of days. For my study, Korean language course was taught by a local Korean teacher who taught us in interesting ways such as games and group conversations with examples about daily life. We successfully communicated with simple Korean to each other. For my internship, I was assigned to do several analyses, SWOT analysis, of the organization and research on the organization related to the technology licensing and technology transfer in the Technology License Office in Korea University. Towards the end of internship, we delivered a presentation of our research work with my partner to the manager. Not to mention, every staff, especially the manager, in the company was very friendly to us. Besides studying and internship, I joined extra-curricular activities, including free trips to Lotte World and the Ski Trip, held by Korea University. Lotte World is one of the famous theme parks in Korea, and many machine games are suitable for both children and family. I believe I would visit Lotte World with my family again. All in all, I have gained rewarding experiences from the study, internship and extra-curricular activities. Thank you, HKCC, for granting me this opportunity.

Thank you, CSAO, for giving me a chance to have such a memorable experience in Korea University. In these three weeks, I had to study in the morning and took an internship in the afternoon. I was assigned to an educational company, named KBT English Education, for the internship. It cooperates with Korea University and creates English education programs to teach Korean English or teach foreigners Korean. My duty was to work on English to Chinese translation and design the advertisement layouts of the education apps. Though it is not a big company, like LOTTE, the manager of the company was very nice and helpful. She taught me how to deal with the translation and the design and system of the company. As I may not have a second opportunity to work in other countries, this experience is the most remarkable and pleasurable. Apart from the internship, Korean University organized a number of extra-curricular activities including a ski trip. All these engagements help build up my confidence and strengthen my capability and sociability for adapting changes, facing challenges and making new friends. I would always remind myself of such a unique experience in Korea.

I am grateful that Hong Kong Community College and Korea University co-organized such an excellent program on study tour and internship. My internship company was LOTTE Duty-Free, and I was assigned to work in a marketing department called Big marketing team. My duty was to research oversea data and presentation in Vietnam, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
Apart from the internship, Korea University hosted a ski trip for participants of its International Winter Campus program, taking us to Jisan Forest Ski Resort located in Incheon, Gyeonggi-do Province. The coach was very patient and encouraged me a lot on skiing. After the skiing course, Korea University prepared other activities, such as k-pop dance, Lotte world, and ice-skating. I love the Lotte World because this is the first amusement park with an indoor design I have been. I also went to Korean Sauna with my friends. The Sauna had different rooms with different temperature, and the Sauna reminds me summer time.
In a nutshell, this trip lets me understand Korea culture more and open my eyes. After this trip, I learnt how to be more independent and disciplined because I had to take care of myself and work on time every day. I believe it is be an excellent experience for my career if I plan to work in Korea in the future.
