Statements (Category A)

You have poor listening skills; tend to interrupt; you dominate conversations; have a loud, critical voice tone
2.
You don't say what you want; you ask permission; agree with others; avoid expressing thoughts and opinions; speak quietly; apologise; use qualifiers
3.
You express yourself directly; speak honestly; speak non-judgementally; have lively, varied speech
Statements (Category B)
1.
You looks critically at others; point a finger; have a rigid posture
2.
You have little facial animation; nod in agreement; fidget; have "weak" posture; avoid eye contact
3.
You have open gestures and body language; eye contact; a relaxed posture; facial animation; are a good listener
Statements (Category C)
1.
You believe "I'm always right – my way is the right way"; People should comply with me; you have a win-lose attitude; you have to win arguments
2.
You feel others are more important than you; the other person's way is probably the right way; you feel you shouldn't disagree and that you don't deserve to have your needs met; that others can make decisions for you; you avoid conflict ; ask advice
3.
You have a win-win attitude; are able to make choices; you confront problems; you deal with negative feelings; are decisive; are action-oriented; are consistent
Statements (Category D)
1.
You get angry, frustrated and impatient with others
2.
You feel dependent; lack self esteem; feel disempowered
3.
You have an enthusiasm for life; find joy in many things; feel motivated; feel well; have good self esteem and self confidence
