A wide range of workshops addressing psychological wellness in areas of emotion, interpersonal skills, self-awareness, goal setting, learning strategy and stress management will be offered to you. You can learn various transferable skills through participating in the games, discussions, and psychological tests in the workshops.

"CSAO MeTime", a mobile app created by the Student Affairs Office (CSAO), provides a selection of self-care resources categorised into recordings, articles and videos. This is a 12-hour certification course to enable you to provide initial support for people who are developing a mental health problem or in a mental health crisis.
