Not only is engaging in sports fun and beneficial to your health, but it also helps you relax and develop your concentration, perseverance, and team spirit. Thus, we offer different kinds of Physical Education (PE) activities to enhance your holistic development. PE courses are non-compulsory and non-credit bearing. Each course lasts for four to six consecutive weeks with one to two contact hours per week. Courses offered last academic year included yoga, jazz, badminton, Thai boxing, Wing Chun, tennis, social dance, and fencing.
This course is prerequisite for first-time users of the Fitness Centre. It is a two-hour training course on the proper use of fitness equipment and on the general principles of physical fitness.
We also organise different sports competitions through which you can develop your teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
