Fees and Payment

The residential period commences in September 2025 and ends in 14 August 2026.
Monthly lodging fee including electricity and water charges is HK$4,570 (single bed) or HK$3,045 (bunk bed).
1st Installment (After successful application): Lodging fee of Sep - Dec 2025 plus caution money* (HK$5,000), total HK$23,280 (single bed) or HK$17,180 (bunk bed), and
2nd Installment (paid by Dec 2025): Lodging fee of Jan - May 2026, total HK$22,850 (single bed) or HK$15,225 (bunk bed), and
3rd Installment (paid by May 2026): Lodging fee of Jun - 14 Aug 2026, total HK$11,425 (single bed) or HK$7,612 (bunk bed).
