Fees and Payment

The residential period commences in September 2024 and ends in 15 August 2025.
Monthly lodging fee including electricity and water charges is HK$3,150 (single bed) or HK$2,100 (bunk bed).
1st Installment (After successful application): Lodging fee of Sep - Dec 2024 plus caution money* (HK$5,000), total HK$17,600 (single bed) or HK$13,400 (bunk bed), and
2nd Installment (paid by Dec 2024): Lodging fee of Jan - May 2025, total HK$15,750 (single bed) or
HK$10,500 (bunk bed), and
3rd Installment (paid by May 2025): Lodging fee of Jun - 15 Aug 2025, total HK$7,875 (single bed) or
HK$5,250 (bunk bed).
