"Values are objectives that one seeks to attain in our daily action / behavior" (Super, 1970). During career planning, we shall explore our values and know the priority of them in order to make appropriate career choices and set career goals for self.
Therefore, "Sustainable Internship and Global Perspective on Career Development" project team produced a card sort tool named "Values Exploration Tool". It can be used by career planning instructors in activities for helping students discover their core values.
