Mental Health Promotion 精神健康推廣

Mental health is everyone’s business. Good mental health is characterised by a person’s ability to fulfil a number of key functions and activities, including:

  • the ability to learn;
  • the ability to feel, express, and manage a range of positive and negative emotions;
  • the ability to form and maintain good relationships with others; and
  • the ability to cope with and manage change and uncertainty.

Mental health promotion and educational activities enable you to develop a deeper understanding of mental health and proper life management techniques.

A 12-hour certification course, Mental Health First Aid Standard Course, will be offered during Winter Break and Summer Break to enable you to provide initial support for people who are developing a mental health problem or in a mental health crisis.
